I am Mar'Konash,
I see things, I create things. I'm passionate about employing both my artistic vision, and my entrepreneurial grounding-- to help bring both awareness and resolution to certain challenges faced by artists, innovators and entrepreneurs of under-valued communities. Just imaging how vibrant this world could be if more young innovators, entrepreneurs and visionaries were able to live, love and create freely together. Just imagine. I want to build beautiful cities.
I teach computer programing and entrepreneurship to fifth graders on the ATL south side.
Fun Fact: My great forefather was named Orange. Orange Nash was a Mandinka prisoner of war who was sold into slavery, he later “purchased” his freedom in 1820 and moved his family from South Carolina to Mississippi. My grandmother built a church in da Delta, my grandfather built a farm, and was a war vet and master musician.
