What makes MANSA different from ordinary community development firms is our focus on what truly makes a community a community—and that’s the people and the ideas that drive them. We work with like-minded leaders and organizations to creatively identify and solve challenges (relevant to socio-economic development)—resulting in evolutionary value for all stakeholders.
Since 2015, MANSA has collaborated and created with visionaries throughout America—bringing to life evolutionary ideas like Soul Food Connect, CRE8IVE Space, and the MANSACODE Accelerator Curriculum.
MANSA has also facilitated pop-up film productions and creative community think-tanks like ABUNDANCE and the Genius Pop-Ups series. A new decade is upon us, and MANSA is more determined than ever to proliferate and put into action—ideas that build and empower under-valued communities to reach towards and fulfill our greatest potential.

MANSA'S MISSION STRUCTURE
Having spent over a decade learning, working and investing in the creative sectors of Miami, FL, Minneapolis, MN and Atlanta, GA, and being an artist, business owner and community developer—through first hand experience O'B Mar'Konash(Founder/CEO of MANSA) developed an acute understanding of the three greatest challenges that young artists, entrepreneurs and innovators of under-valued sectors face.
These being:
1. The lack of Community Cohesiveness/support system(s)
2. Access to Social, Economic and intellectual resources
3. “Organic Spaces” for Growth(Evolution), Development and investment in ideas and Self-Actualization
Through a series of trial and experimentation Mar'Konash found inspiration to launch MANSA—an evolutionary community development enterprise, with the mission to Build Community by creating evolutionary space and access for under-valued communities of Thinkers, Do'ers and Becomers.
MANSA is more than a company, we are a community of Thinkers, Do'er and Becomers—putting evolutionary ideas into action.
